We collect and process your personal data:

  • To prepare, conclude and execute a purchase and sale contract (e-commerce);

How long we retain your data?

We shall retain your personal data obtained in the course of e-commerce for 5 years from the date of purchase or/and the last visit to your online store account. If you create a shopping cart in our online store but do not purchase the goods, the shopping cart will be stored for 2 weeks for your convenience, but you shall have the option to delete the items in the shopping cart. For the purpose of remarketing, the data shall be processed for a period of 3 years from the receipt of consent. E-mail marketing shall be carried out for 1 year after the last e-mail was opened. Telephone records shall be retained for 6 months after the end of the call. We shall retain the content of electronic communications for 2 years.

To whom and why do we transfer your data processed for the purpose of e-commerce?

Personal data shall be transferred to our partners for the purposes of the performance of a purchase and sale contract or for other legitimate reasons, as provided for by law. We shall transfer your data:

How do we process personal data for the purpose of selecting candidates for employment?

If you have submitted your CV in order to have your data included in our candidate database, or if you have submitted your CV as a result of an advertisement on our website or on a specialised recruitment and job search website, we shall process the personal data voluntarily provided by you and the other personal data listed below for the purpose of the selection of employees.

We shall process the personal data you send us as a result of your participation in the selection process until the end of the selection process, i.e. until we decide to recruit a specific candidate, until the end of his/her probationary period, or until we decide to close the selection process without selecting any candidate. Unless you object, we shall retain your data for 2 years after the end of the selection process and shall contact you if there is a need for a new employee in our company within this period. We shall delete your personal data after 2 years. If you object to us keeping your data after the selection process has ended, please let us know in an e-mail or on an information form that we shall give you to sign at the meeting.

If you have sent your CV and other data without being selected, we shall retain your data for 3 years without asking for separate consent on the basis of your willingness to provide the data.

We shall process your personal data on the basis of your expressed willingness to participate in the selection process or to keep the data in the database, and on the basis of legitimate interest after the selection process has ended. Submitting this information shall be voluntary, but without it we would not be able to assess your eligibility. You may cancel your participation in the selection process or the storage of data in the candidate database at any time.

In exercising our right under data protection law, we may contact your previous employers and ask for their opinion on your qualifications, professional skills and business qualities. However, we shall not contact your current employer without your explicit prior consent.

How do we process personal data received for the purpose of electronic communication?

The processing of your personal data provided in the course of electronic communication shall be based on the conclusion and performance of a contract. The processing of the e-mail address, the content of the electronic communication and related data shall be carried out in accordance with the principle of proportionality. This data shall primarily be visible to the person with whom you are communicating directly. However, in certain cases, the correspondence may also be read by other employees, for example, for electronic monitoring of the workplace, for the investigation of possible violations of legislation or internal rules, for the replacement of an employee, and for related purposes, and in similar situations.
